How long before I receive my order?
It can take up to 7 business days…. On average, CREAM’IER BEAUTY usually ships out same day… If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cancellation is only eligible within 1 hour after the order has been placed. AFTER 1 hour the order will be processed for shipping.
Oh noooo, I placed my order with the wrong address, what should I do?
Please contact [email protected] within 24 hours placing the order. Please be careful when entering your shipping address, CREAM’IER BEAUTY will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
I still haven’t received my confirmation email???
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24-48 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24hours, please contact at [email protected] with your inquiry.
I would like to check my order status
Please log in to your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email or text message to track your order.
Can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your CREAM’IER BEAUTY tracking page.
How come my package hasn’t moved?
If your package stops moving at any point, Please do not worry, It is still on its way.
There could be a couple of reasons for the transit delay.
- The order may have been shipped, but due to the distance that our CREAM’IER mail is traveling, the first scan might not occur for a couple of days after you’ve been notified that the package has shipped and your initial tracking number.
2. The order may have required additional processing time to complete, ie, Out of stock item or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
3. Orders will remain In Transit status until it reaches the next shipping hub. Sometimes, due to circumstances that are out of our control, packages may not have an updated scan for a number of days. If your package has remained In Transit for more than 7 days since the most recent tracking update, please reach out to us to further investigate your order.
Do you allow returns?
All sales are final. We only accept returns for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact our Customer Support email within 24 hours of Delivery date. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item (Limited Items, Collections, etc) is not available, we will refund the full retail price.
Please note, that CREAM’IER BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.
My Items arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 24 hours receiving the order, at [email protected]. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.
I received incorrect items, what can I do?
Please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
